Custom Die Cut Mylar Bags

Custom 420 Supply produces custom die cut mylar bags cut into your own shape  a logo silhouette, a rounded profile, a hang hole, or a window cutout  with custom printing, a full range of materials and finishes, and standard or child-resistant closures. Built for cannabis flower, edibles, and concentrate packaging.

Why Custom 420 Supply

Cannabis packaging since 2015   producing custom mylar bags, jars, boxes, and vape packaging for brands including Advanced Grow Labs, East Coast Cure, Mother Earth Wellness, and Green Roots Company.

In-house design and dieline support  artwork and the cut shape are developed together, so the printed design lines up with the final die-cut silhouette. See our mylar bag design process.

Custom Shapes

Want a bag shaped like your logo? Send it over and we’ll review whether it can be produced as-is or needs a small structural adjustment first.

Logo Silhouettes

The bag’s outer edge follows the outline of a logo or icon.

Window Cutouts

An opening cut into the bag that lets the product show through.

Hang Holes

A punched opening near the top for pegboard or hook display.

Notched Corners

A smaller adjustment from the standard rectangle.

Thin points, narrow bridges between sections, and sharp internal corners are the spots most likely to weaken during filling or shipping. When a design has areas like that, we’ll usually suggest a small adjustment  a slightly thicker connecting point, a rounded tip instead of a sharp one  before it goes to tooling. Send us your logo or sketch and we’ll tell you what, if anything, needs to change.

Materials and Finishes

Die cut bags are available in the same materials and finishes as our standard custom mylar bags: gloss, gloss metallic, matte, matte metallic, kraft paper, soft touch, holographic, compostable, clear, and PCR (post-consumer recycled). See the full breakdown on our custom mylar bags page.

Printing

Printing on a die cut bag follows the same digital or flexographic process used on our standard custom mylar bags. The dieline and artwork are finalized together before production, since a change to the shape after the print layout is set can shift how the design lines up against the cut edge.

Sizing

A die cut bag isn’t picked from a standard size chart the way a stock pouch can be. Fill weight and product dimensions determine the interior space needed, the seal area adds to that, and the finished silhouette has to accommodate both. Our mylar bag sizes page is a useful starting reference; exact dimensions for a custom shape get confirmed once we know your product.

Send Your Design for Review

Send your logo, sketch, or reference shape along with your bag size, product/fill weight, and estimated quantity. We’ll confirm what’s possible and what it involves.

Closures and Child-Resistant Options

The die cut shape is formed around the outer edge of the bag, while the closure sits in the seal area and is set up separately. A standard resealable zipper and an ASTM-certified child-resistant zipper are both available on custom die cut mylar bags, the same as on our standard line. Full details are on our mylar bag closure options page.

What Affects the Price

Frequently Asked Questions

What are custom die cut mylar bags?

Mylar bags cut into a shape other than a standard rectangle, using a die built to match your artwork — a logo outline, rounded corners, a hang hole, or a window cutout. For a closer look at how the die-cutting process itself works, see what is a die cut mylar bag.

What shapes can you make?

Logo silhouettes, rounded or notched corners, hang holes, and window cutouts are the most common. More detailed shapes are possible but may need a small adjustment to hold up structurally.

Can you make a bag shaped like my logo?

In most cases, yes. Send us your logo and we’ll tell you directly whether it works as-is or needs a small adjustment before tooling.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Your desired bag size, product or fill weight, estimated quantity, and your artwork, logo, or sketch.

What affects the cost?

Quantity, bag size, shape complexity, material, finish, print, and closure. Digitally printed orders don’t carry a plate fee; larger flexographic runs involve a one-time plate fee per print color.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ depends on bag size, material, and design. Send us your specifications and we’ll confirm the minimum for your project.

How long does production take?

About four weeks from artwork approval.

Can die cut bags have child-resistant zippers?

Yes. An ASTM-certified child-resistant zipper is available on custom die cut mylar bags, the same as on our standard line.
