Printing on a die cut bag follows the same digital or flexographic process used on our standard custom mylar bags. The dieline and artwork are finalized together before production, since a change to the shape after the print layout is set can shift how the design lines up against the cut edge.
Sizing
A die cut bag isn’t picked from a standard size chart the way a stock pouch can be. Fill weight and product dimensions determine the interior space needed, the seal area adds to that, and the finished silhouette has to accommodate both.
